At Neuhide, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order — provided it meets our return conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a fair and transparent process, please note the following:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Customized or personalized jackets cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@neuhide.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.
- After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
- In the case of exchanges, Neuhide will ship the replacement item at no additional cost once the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order jackets.
- Items returned after the 30-day period.
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.
If an item does not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, Neuhide reserves the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.
